Explore Thousand ANZ advises you to review the following basic rules that govern the use of our Site (the “Agreement”). Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by this Agreement.
Usage Restrictions
All of the content that appears on the Explore Thousand ANZ website, including all visuals, text, audio and video clips are subject to copyright protections and /or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by Explore Thousand ANZ. The entire content of the Explore Thousand ANZ web site is copyrighted as a collective work under U.S. copyright laws. Explore Thousand ANZ grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the content on this website. Content of the Explore Thousand ANZ website is intended solely for the personal, noncommercial use by the users of our Site.
Correction of Site Errors
The information on the Explore Thousand ANZ website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to update any information we see fit at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors may relate to product information, pricing and availability. In these instances, we shall have the right to terminate any orders involving pricing errors or inaccuracies. We apologise for any inconveniences.
Product
Although Explore Thousand ANZ has made every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible, the displayed colours of the products depend upon the monitor of the user, and Explore Thousand ANZ cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colours of the products. Each Thousand is crafted using products of nature and the product you receive may differ in colour and grain pattern from images found on our website.
Orders
All products ordered are for personal use and gifting only. They must not be resold in any form or any place; Explore Thousand ANZ reserves the right to take legal action against unauthorised and unofficial sale of goods.
Explore Thousand ANZ reserves the right to refuse any order. In such a case, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and refund you any payment in full.
Shipping
Any shipping and handling fees assessed at the time of purchase only apply to the first shipment of goods. If your product is returned to us, whether intentionally or through the carrier's inability to deliver to your address, Explore Thousand ANZ will assess additional shipping and handling fees for each delivery attempt you request. These fees are based on fluctuating carrier rates and may be greater than initial shipping and handling fees assessed for your order. If you choose to forfeit your product, the cost of the product will be returned to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an attempt to ship your product has been made.
All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Explore Thousand ANZ. Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when Explore Thousand ANZ delivers these items to the carrier.
We are able to ship domestically within Australia.
Addresses and personal information must be submitted using only characters found in the English alphabet. Addresses or names containing international characters are invalid. If an order contains such characters, we will attempt to contact you to supply a valid name and / or address.
Telephone numbers must be supplied at the time of purchase for all orders.

We currently accept PayPal, Apple Wallet and most major credit cards.
