Warranty

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Thousand helmets have a 1 year limited warranty from the date of original purchase (or as otherwise required by local law) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage caused by impact. Improper use, accident, negligence, abuse, improper maintenance, improper fit, normal wear and tear, modifications, use unintended by Thousand or damage due to heat or contact with chemicals.

If your Thousand helmet is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, within one year from the date of purchase, Thousand will have the option of either repairing or replacing the helmet, free of charge, as the sole remedy under this limited warranty.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and no person or representative is authorised to modify this limited warranty or to assume any liability on behalf of Thousand LLC.

Any obligations under any warranty shall be limited, to the greatest extent allowed by law, as provided in this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
